    What is a suspended ceiling?

A suspended ceiling is a type of ceiling used for decorative purposes under the roof or ceiling. Suspended ceilings are produced from plasterboard, wood, metal, and similar materials.

    How is suspended ceiling produced?

The rolled sheet material is used when producing suspended ceilings. First of all, the coil sheet is opened with the help of a hydraulic sheet opener, straightened, and loaded onto the perforation line using drive machines. The perforation line is the production stage where the suspended ceiling takes its final form. Here, holes in the suspended ceiling are drilled. Finally, in the roll form line, the edges of the metal suspended ceiling products are bent and made ready for use.

Where and for what purpose is the Suspended Ceiling used?

Metal suspended ceilings are generally used to provide sound insulation, hygiene, mechanical durability, air circulation, and fire resistance. The areas where suspended ceilings are mostly used are areas such as the metro, shops, markets, hospitals, private and public institutions, and airports.
