CL Series Machines Features

COIL UPPER PRESSURE ARM

It allows the sheet to pass from the uncoiler to the drive unit without the need for manual intervention, safely and without the roll sheet falling apart.

SHEET METAL GUIDING PLATFORM

The sheet coming from the decoiler is transferred to the servo unit in a controlled manner. In this way, the sheet is transferred quickly and safely without the need for manual intervention.

COIL BENDING ARM

After the sheet coming from the decoiler passes over the platform, it provides fast and safe passage of the sheet through the drive unit without the need for manual intervention.

AUTOMATIC MOLD HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT

The sheet metal outlet of the drive unit and the sheet metal inlet of the die to be used in the press are provided by a motorized system that moves the drive unit body up and down to adjust the appropriate height.

AUTOMATIC STRAIGHTENING SYSTEM

The motor allows you to adjust the upper shafts of the straightening group in the drive unit separately via the panel screen. Thanks to the motor control, it allows you to achieve much more precise and always standard straightening quality.
